Invite your closest family and friends to spend a magical weekend with you right here on the property. We can accommodate up to 40 of your guests across our five individual Inn Guest Houses, the Barn Suite, Sunrise Suite, Inn Suite, and tiny homes.

The Inn Guesthouses & Sunrise Suite

We invite you to make yourself at home in one of our five unique guesthouses. Steps from the Inn Gathering Space yet completely private, each guest house follows a similar layout with an open living room and wet bar, beautifully appointed bathroom, sky-lit loft, and private master bedroom.

Each guesthouse includes:

  • Wet bar with mini-fridge, sink, & microwave

  • Basic dishware and flatware

  • Chemex pour-over coffee maker with freshly ground coffee & tea

  • King master bed with premium memory foam mattress

  • Usable loft with a queen memory foam mattress

  • Double pull-out couch with linens

  • Exquisite, organic, Coyuchi towels & linens

  • Fully stocked bathroom with ethically sourced toiletries & heated tile flooring

  • Closet space with hangars, iron, ironing board, & hairdryer

  • AC/Heat & WiFi

  • Four of the five guest houses are dog-friendly with advance notice

  • Accommodates up to 19 guests across the five Inn guesthouses, Sunrise Suite, and Inn Suite (maximum four guests per unit)

Stag’s Leap

Enjoy a stunning ocean view from the master suite or sip champagne while soaking in the view from your private two-person cedar hot tub on the back deck.

Sea breeze

Ocean views and salty sea air. This guesthouse is a retreat all on its own. Wake up to the rising sun and a floor-to-ceiling view of Griffin Bay. You may never want to leave.

Fox Hollow

Nestled among the island firs, Fox Hollow provides a peaceful tranquility. Feel at one with the forest as you gaze out at the unique island ecosystem.

Note: Fox Hollow has an open concept bathroom that makes the shower wheelchair accessible.

Ravenrise

Flying high above the forest floor, this stunning house floats on steel posts bolted to the bedrock of the island. Strong yet ethereal like the mystical blackbirds who make their homes in the trees above.

Dragonfly

Named for the dragonflies that flit about the farm in the summer months, this cabin sits at the edge of the forest at the base of a majestic fir tree. Enjoy a whimsical meadow view and glowing warmth from the evening sun.

 

Sunrise Suite

Perched above it all, Sunrise Suite is a favorite for getting ready and one of our two options for honeymoon suites. Enjoy sweeping views of the Salish Sea from your private balcony or relax in your deep soaking tub. Sunrise Suite provides a very special vantage point for a very special day.

Straitsview

The best of both worlds, Straitsview is tucked into a private spot amongst the trees with a lovely water view. One of our two luxury tiny homes, Straitsview has a surprisingly spacious feel while providing all the cozy comforts and a fun, unique stay.

Seastar & cypress

Nestled in the heart of our property next to a peaceful meadow with views of the water, Seastar & Cypress offer a unique lodging experience for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. These two brand new luxury tiny homes have a surprisingly spacious feel while providing cozy comfort and a fun, unique stay.

 

The Barn Suite

Perched high amid the twinkling lights of the Barn's vaulted ceiling, this two-bedroom residence with loft is an experience unlike any other. The perfect accommodation for your wedding party or those that like to be close to the action, and a great spot for the newlyweds to sneak away for a private moment mid-celebration.

The Barn Suite includes:

  • Full kitchen

  • Large open living room area overlooking the event Barn below (perfect for getting ready day-of)

  • Bathroom with heated tile floors and ethically sourced toiletries

  • Large master bedroom with memory foam king

  • Second bedroom with twin bunkbed

  • Sky-lit loft with two fold down couches (full, linens provided)

  • AC/Heat & WiFi

  • Accommodates up to seven guests

 Dog-friendly accommodations

We love dogs! We would be happy to have your well-behaved pups come with you to enjoy our farm. Please select a "dog-friendly" guesthouse and include the pet add-on feature with your booking. Dogs must remain on-leash while on the property. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave your dog(s) unattended in the rooms at any time. Doggie daycare is available at the Animal Inn & Wellness Center (with proof of vaccination), about three miles down the road from Saltwater Farm.
