Wedding Packages

Our goal is to provide an amazing setting for your special day, and allow you the freedom to create the experience of your dreams.

Here are the packages we have available:


1-day experience

An Unforgettable Day

  • The Event Barn 11am-11pm

  • The Ceremony Overlook (two-hour period)

  • The Barn Suite for wedding party prep

  • The Shop for wedding party prep

  • Cocktail hour at location of choice (Overlook, Garden, or Barn)

  • 1 hour rehearsal time to be scheduled

  • 15 to 25 farm tables (milled on-site from our island fir trees)

  • Up to 250 chairs for reception seating (for larger events, please inquire)

  • Up to 200 chairs for ceremony seating, including setup

  • Garden bistro chairs, banquet & cocktail tables available for self-setup

  • Golf cart type vehicle available for your coordinator’s use

  • DJ speakers and PA equipment setup for Barn

  • Speaker and microphone setup for ceremony site

  • Parking for up to (50) vehicles + additional by advance request

  • Opportunity to source and provide your own food and alcohol for events

  • End-of-event professional cleaning

  • On-site facilities staff during your event

3-day experience

The Signature Package

  • Exclusive use of the venue (3pm on arrival date to Noon on departure date)

  • Up to 3 events – arrival evening, wedding day, and departure morning

  • The Event Barn

  • The Ceremony Overlook

  • The Garden

  • Your choice of multiple getting-ready areas for wedding party prep

  • 15 to 25 farm tables (milled on-site from our island fir trees)

  • Up to 250 chairs for reception seating (for larger events, please inquire)

  • Up to 200 chairs for ceremony seating, including setup

  • Garden bistro chairs, banquet & cocktail tables available for self-setup

  • Golf cart type vehicle available for your coordinator’s use

  • DJ speakers and PA equipment setup for Barn

  • Speaker and microphone setup for ceremony site

  • Flexible end time for your reception ($300/hour after 11pm)

  • Parking for up to (50) vehicles + additional by advance request

  • Opportunity to source and provide your own food and alcohol for events

  • End-of-weekend professional cleaning

  • On-site facilities staff during all events

  • Exclusive booking of all on-site lodging for your guests*

* It is very important to us that Saltwater Farm feels like your own special place on this very special occasion. Hence, we require booking of the on-site accommodations for *two nights along with your Signature Package venue rental. (*three nights in July-August) You are welcome to book the accommodations directly, or to pass this portion along to guests.

4-day experience + so much more

The Everything Package

  • A four-day, three-night extended wedding celebration, including:

    • Up to 4 events — arrival evening, rehearsal evening, wedding day, and departure morning

    • Three nights of lodging in all on-site accommodations

    • Locally-sourced farm-to-table dinner for up to 20 guests

    • Appetizers & bubbles during your ceremony rehearsal

    • Late-night reception extension up to 2am 

    • Professional in-house coordination for each of your events

  • Plus, everything in The Signature Package:

    • Exclusive use of the venue during your stay (3pm on arrival date to Noon on departure date)

    • The Event Barn
